December is here! A phrase we always hear in Colombia when Christmas is just around the corner, hence the name of this coffee.
Diciembre is our Christmas espresso this year, a small lot that comes from the same farm as our beloved Espresso Puracé in the Cauca region and whose silky body and sweet notes we fell in love with.
In the cup, you’ll find caramel candies, spices and chocolate truffles. It is particularly delicious as a pure espresso or prepared as a cortado.
