Our Guava Banana comes from Finca El Vergel in the Tolima region. This beautiful coffee is particularly sweet and is characterized by fruity notes of guava and banana. It is a complex coffee with medium acidity and floral aroma.

The roast was developed to be used for both filter coffee and espresso. As an espresso, it is a very well-balanced, fruity coffee with medium body, lively texture and distinct layers of flavor that end with chocolate notes.

The Caturra variety coffee is produced by Elias and Shady Bader. These two brothers have developed innovative processing methods, resulting in coffees of outstanding quality. Their coffees have been selected by professional baristas to participate in various competitions, most recently the WBC (Barista World Championship) in Milano.

This coffee underwent anaerobic fermentation for 48 to 60 hours, followed by an intermittent drying process in beds with different levels of humidity to increase complexity, and finally 45 days in silos to stabilize and homogenize the beans.
