La Chiva has a very special character. This time we have created a blend of three different microlots from Nicaragua, Ethiopia and of course Colombia, all with natural and anaerobic processing method.

In the cup you will find a coffee with fruity notes, lots of sweetness and a juicy body. Its aroma is a blend of chocolate and orange blossom and its flavors are reminiscent of raspberry jelly, galia melon and bittersweet chocolate.

This coffee was developed as a light espresso, but because of its sweetness it can also be drunk as a filter coffee, with balanced acidity, good body and plenty of sweetness.

For lovers of cappuccino and milk drinks, this is a soft and creamy cup with notes of caramel and butter.
