We’ve been waiting a long time for it, and now it’s finally here and ready to be enjoyed. The Moka variety is an absolutely rare variety. The coffee beans have a diameter of about half a centimeter or less and are round, which gives them a pepper-like appearance. In terms of taste, however, they are totally different. In this case, we have a floral and sweet cup with pronounced notes of pineapple and coconut. It is a beautiful cup and a very hard to find variety and we are delighted to be able to roast these very special beans for you.

These coffees are not only competition coffees, but they are of extremely high quality and complexity, which is why they are sought after by baristas from all over the world for use in international competitions and are therefore hard to come by.

We consider it a must for coffee connoisseurs and enthusiasts, as it is a great opportunity to taste coffees roasted by us in this category. We definitely recommend preparing it using the V60 filter method.
