San Lorenzo is a lighter espresso roast. We developed it with a washed coffee from Huila, which grows at an altitude of 1700 meters. This coffee has a sweet cup, a juicy body and notes of grapes, cherries and nougat. If you drink your coffee with milk, we especially recommend that you use this espresso to prepare a cortado with a little less milk than the classic cappuccino.
As a lighter espresso roast, it is also suitable as a café crème or filter coffee with lots of chocolate and caramel notes.
