Yipao is a delicious blend. Its main ingredient is a coffee of the variety Caturra from Huila. It is a sweet coffee with sugar cane aroma. On the other hand, it has 25% high quality Robusta coffee from a small farm in Coorg (India). This coffee, unlike the typical Robusta, is very aromatic and sweet and adds a touch of spice. The result is a well balanced coffee with a long lasting crema, chocolate notes and good body. It is easy to adjust in the grinder. Ideal for portafilter and fully automatic machines.
