La Chiva has a unique character. This time, we've created a blend from three different microlots from Nicaragua, Ethiopia, and, of course, Colombia—all processed with natural and anaerobic methods. In the cup, you’ll find a coffee with fruity notes, lots of sweetness, and a juicy body. Its aroma is a blend of chocolate and orange blossom, with flavor notes reminiscent of raspberry jelly, Galia melon, and dark chocolate. This coffee was developed as a light espresso, but thanks to its sweetness, it also works well as a filter coffee, with balanced acidity, a good body, and lots of sweetness. For lovers of cappuccino and milk-based drinks, this coffee offers a soft, creamy cup with notes of caramel and butter.
