This region, rich in volcanic soil, is very close to the equator, so the coffee receives abundant sunlight at high altitudes during the day, but temperatures drop significantly at night. This dynamic forces the coffee cherries to develop very slowly, accumulating sugars and compounds that create many complexities, sweet and caramel notes.

This is a delicious espresso with a sweet and intense aroma, notes of dark caramel, nuts and chocolate and medium body. In general, is very balanced and complex.

Its name is Puracé as well as one of the most important natural parks in Cauca, a complex ecosystem where there are páramos, lagoons, volcanoes, hot springs and waterfalls. It is also home to the Andean condor, one of the national symbols of Colombia.
