Named after our favorite Colombian cyclist, Nairo Quintana, this Pink Bourbon is a tribute to the resilience, elegance, and determination of Colombia’s riders, qualities we also find in this coffee. Produced at 1800 meters above sea level at Finca La Piragua in Huila, this lot comes from Alexander Vargas, the same producer behind our Natural Pink Bourbon La Piragua, a coffee that stayed with us long after the last cup.

With this washed expression, the producer showcases a different side of Pink Bourbon: refined, vibrant, and beautifully transparent. In the cup, delicate notes of white flowers meet the juicy brightness of rhubarb and the creamy sweetness of macadamia. As the coffee cools, new layers continue to emerge, revealing a dynamic and evolving profile that rewards slow drinking and attention.

Definitely recommended for V60! If you’re looking for a sweeter and rounder cup, we suggest brewing it with a flat-bottom dripper.
