Grown at 1,650 meters in Caicedonia, in the northern Valle del Cauca, this Pink Bourbon comes from Finca Lusitania, a fourth-generation family farm nestled in the foothills of the Central Andes.

Its 72-hour fermentation and semi-washed process create a bright, expressive cup with pronounced acidity and layers of florals, juicy red fruit, bergamot, and a delicate touch of amaretto.

Lightly roasted for espresso, this coffee is all about movement. It opens with vibrant florals and lively acidity, flows into juicy fruit, and finishes with the elegant aromatic character of bergamot and amaretto.
