What make our coffees so special?
Microlots are lots of coffee that come from a single farm, typically ranging from just a few bags to around 10-20 bags of green coffee. These small batches represent the farmer's finest harvest - selected cherries that showcase the unique characteristics of their specific plot, processing method, and growing conditions.
Nano lots take this even further. These ultra-small batches of just 1-5 bags represent the absolute pinnacle of a farm's production. They might come from a specific section with ideal conditions, an experimental process, or a rare variety the farmer cultivates in tiny quantities. They're incredibly exclusive - like a winemaker's reserve, but for coffee.
Both allow us to offer you something truly unique. Instead of blending coffees from multiple sources, each lot tells its own story. You can taste how altitude, soil, weather, and the farmer's create distinct flavors in every cup. It's coffee at its most authentic - which is exactly what makes our selection so special.

When we tell you that we import and negotiate our coffee directly, it is because it is true.

The coffee trade is complex and there are multiple interactions.
